March Blog - Lab 5

  For this blog I'll talk about Lab 5 and my attempt to do it, and how it learned things along the way. Unfortunately because of medical reasons and a problem with work I missed both the Lab and Lecture classes the week prior to this one. So this lab period was a bit difficult in my opinion. For the rest of the class, this was their second lab period for lab 5 while it was my first meaning I was very far behind, and there was a lot of stuff that I didn't know how to do.
          I didn't get to complete lab 5, but I learned how to log into different servers and luckily I figured out how to login. This lab period was very useful because my professor kindly went over the prior  weeks lecture lab and helped us step by step on how the servers worked, the different architectures, and basically how to work with the system.
          This knowledge came in handy in the near future because I would'nt have been able to do the project without it, and would have most likely failed if I didn't know. Aside from that , at first glance Lab 5 looked very hard since i had no clue what I was doing. I got the basic parts done but there was still alot of stuff left to do. As of yet I have'nt completed the Lab 5 but im planning on going through all of the Labs for practice and will hopefully be done by then.
